HYH — steel-mesh integrated insulation with light-steel formwork
A cast-in-place wall technology of Chinese origin: welded galvanized steel-mesh panels with an integrated 150 mm EPS core stand as permanent formwork, braced and plumbed by light-steel profiles — one pour produces a structural, insulated wall with a U-value around 0.2 W/m²K.
How the system works
- Welded galvanized steel-mesh panels carry a 150 mm EPS core and brace to a light-steel profile grid
- Profiles are set on the prepared slab and plumbed before the pour — then stay inside the wall, no stripping cycle
- Concrete is cast into the cavity, bonding structure, mesh, and insulation into one wall section
- Core options beyond EPS — rock wool or foamed cement — swap in without changing the erection method

Why owners pick it
- 150 mm EPS takes the wall to a U-value around 0.2 W/m²K — compliance-grade for Saudi efficiency codes
- Insulation and structure share the same service life — no later re-insulation campaign
- Each hoist lands hundreds of kilograms of panels instead of tonnes of timber formwork
- Thin, continuous insulation trims thermal bridges at slabs, columns, and corners
- Stable indoor temperatures cut summer cooling demand in the Gulf climate
- Erection is dry, quiet, and fast — interior works start the day after the pour
- Finished faces take render, cladding, or paint directly
Comfort living
- Stable, uniform indoor temperatures — no hot walls, no cold corners
- The insulation core and finished faces dampen traffic and street noise
- Dry, low-dust erection with interiors starting the day after the pour — occupancy happens earlier
